When you use our Service, subscribe to CapitalKV+, or interact with us, we collect:

• Corporate Chat Logs & Inputs: Messages and information transmitted within the CapitalKV+ Corporate Chat interface.
• Delivery & Shipping Data: Physical addresses provided by consumers for the dispatch, tracking, and mandatory 14-day return processing of physical products.
• Payment details: Transaction data processed securely by our PCI-compliant payment gateways.

03Media & User Content

If you upload files or images to our platform, you should avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS) or sensitive personal records. Other members of corporate collaboration portals may be able to view shared media content.
