Welcome to CapitalKV! These Consumer Terms govern individual access to our websites, services, and the CapitalKV+ club. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old.

02CapitalKV+ subscription non-refundable

CapitalKV+ is a digital club subscription offering exclusive information, updates, and access. Due to the immediate delivery of digital value and network access, all CapitalKV+ subscription purchases are **strictly non-refundable**. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

03Physical Products Mandatory 14-Day Return

For physical consumer products sold through our shop, individual consumers are entitled to a mandatory **14-day return period** from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
