01Subscription-Driven Investment Model

CapitalKV B.V. operates a private, subscription-based asset and investment system for corporate partners. Access to specific private equity-like opportunities, deals, and strategic ventures is offered exclusively to active subscribers.

0210-Day Capital Call Fulfills

Participation in chosen investment opportunities requires prompt funding. Upon issuance of an official Capital Call, corporate partners must fund their commitment within **ten (10) calendar days**. Late or unfulfilled capital calls may result in dilution, penalty fees, or suspension of the subscription.

03Investment Risks

All structured investments and corporate collaborations involve high risk. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. Corporate partners represent that they are sophisticated investors, understand the risk of total capital loss, and make decisions independently.

04CapitalKV+ Corporate Chat

Corporate subscribers receive access to CapitalKV+ Corporate Chat for direct real-time communication, deal monitoring, and networking. All corporate chat subscriptions are strictly non-refundable once initiated and apply to the agreed billing cycle.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapitalKV B.V., its directors, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or claims. We carry no liability for any actions, investments, or services governed by these Terms.
