At CapitalKV, we prioritize transparency and operational excellence. All digital products and professional services provided are non-refundable once accessed or initiated.

For CapitalKV+ subscriptions, users can cancel at any time and will retain full access to all features until the end of their current billing cycle. Past payments for subscriptions, digital access, or consultancy services are strictly non-refundable.

14-Day Window

Physical products purchased through the website are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are returned unused and in their original packaging.

Enterprise Exceptions

Enterprise contracts and specialized B2B services are governed by their specific contractual refund clauses.
